PRIME-TIME HOURS:  
Thursday - Friday evenings 
7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. -- $225/hr.  
 Early Saturdays
 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. -- $200/hr.  
Saturday Evenings
 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. -- $225/hr. 
Sundays
10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. -- $225/hr.  
                  
**Backyard deck = $300 extra flat fee.

​NON-PRIME HOURS:  
Mondays through Wednesdays all day = $175/hr. 
Thursdays and Fridays until 5:00 p.m.  =  $175/hr.

12 HOURS ACCESS:  
Saturdays and Sundays between -- 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. -- $2500 flat fee (includes backyard)

All Day Access:
Saturdays and Sundays  -- 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. -- $3000 flat fee (includes backyard and lighting package)
